行政命令

州衛生委員會（委員會）發布行政命令，以解決水廠未遵守Virginia州公共供水法和水廠法規的問題。  

行政命令引述特定違規，並要求水廠採取糾正措施，以便在設定的時間表內恢復合規性。此外，管理命令通常包括水廠擁有者必須支付的民事金錢罰款。

如果水廠業主不遵守行政命令，Virginia州衛生部將把此事提交給總檢察長辦公室，透過法庭程序採取執法行動。

管理命令有兩種類型：

  • 「同意命令」是管理局與水廠擁有人之間的自願協議，以解決違規事項。
  • 國家衛生專員代表董事會發出「特別命令」，要求水廠擁有人解決違規。在業主有機會參與行政聽證會後，未經水廠業主同意，就會發出特別令。
